Are you looking for something unique? Thanks to its weather-resistant characteristics, JettyDeck® is perfect for sustainable, aesthetic applications, such as a jetty, balcony floor, platform or bridge deck. 

The perfect combination of Metal and Wood or EPDM. Most sub and superstructures are made of similar materials, JettyDeck® brings together the 'best of both worlds'. 

We even have a flame-retardant variant in our range, EPDM FR?.
This variant is particularly suitable for applications in multi-storey residential buildings  and other public areas.

Basic material specifications

  • Hot dip galvanised steel (3 mm) or Stainless steel (2 mm)
  • Tolerance: +0/-4 mm for flatness and dimensions
  • Tolerance: +8 /-0 mm for cut-outs
  • Structural welds every 500 mm or +/- 25 mm
  • Maximum panel width 250 mm
  • High load-bearing capacity
  • Long span - up to 3 metres possible
  • Easy to assemble, disassemble and re-use
  • Durable, reusable and easy to maintain

  • Wood fill types: Bamboo, Bilinga or Cumaru hardwood
  • Anti-slip class: Rutschklasse R10
  • Jagged ribs possible with wooden inlay
  • Very long lifespan
  • Tight appearance
  • Recyclable
  • Easy to change/replace filling

  • EPDM filling available in various colours
  • Anti-slip class EPDM: Comparable to Rutschklasse R13
  • Minimum filling height required 10 mm for EPDM filling
  • Water permeability of 7l/sec/m2
  • Noise-reducing
  • Very long service life
  • Recyclable
  • Partial filling of grids or combinations of materials possible
  • Temperature resistant from -25 to +80 degrees Celsius.
  • Replacement of the filling possible
